Apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with massage bathtube), fully furnished, with all the appliances, hot water by electric heater, room for the washing machine, private parking for two cars. It is located in the residential “El Balcon de La Alcaidesa”, very near Sotogrande, in Rivera de la Vea street, with easy access by Mediterranean Highway. Wardrobes in all the bedrooms.

2 Bedrooms with 2 90 cm beds for 4 people
1 Comfortable Sofa bed in the living-room for 2 people
Due to the characteristics of the apartment, it is ideal for two families with children.
In the terrace (with almost 30 square metres), you have sea sights with a table and chairs.
500 metres from the apartment, there is a little mall with shops for food and beverage, bars and restaurants, chemist, press, etc.
La Alcaidesa is almost 2 kilometres of sand beaches, with hills coming to a very beautiful beach. This allows the construction of an unique golf course with spectacular sea views, Gibraltar and Africa. This golf course was designed by the famous british designers Peter Alliss and Clive Clark, Ryder Cup’s players. Apart from this course, there are other ones like Almenara Golf, Real Club de Sotogrande, La Reserva de Sotogrande, etc.
For shopping, apart from the mall, there is a bigger mall in San Roque (12 minutes driving) or La Linea de la Concepcion (10 minutes driving) or Algeciras (20 minutes driving), and of course Gibraltar, only a few kilometres from La Alcaidesa and where you could buy typical British and Andalusian products.
In the sunny days, you could see Africa from the terrace of the apartment. If you want to visit Marruecos, you could use the fast ferries from Algeciras or Tarifa.
